What should I know before I book?
Set aside 30 minutes. That gives us enough time to hear what brought you in, ask some questions and work out what makes sense from there.
Very little. There’s a short questionnaire in the booking process. Once that’s done, you’ve given us what we need before we speak.
Anyone who’ll be on the loan should join, along with anyone else who’s helping make the decision. If someone is going to be part of the decision with you, bring them into the conversation too.
Yes. You’re never too early for a First Conversation. If you’re not ready to move forward yet, we’ll send you a short summary of what we discussed, outline what to work toward next and agree when it makes sense to pick the conversation back up.
That’s fine. The First Conversation can still give you a sense of how we’d approach the decision and whether you want another perspective. There’s no pressure to switch.
We’ll recommend the way of working that makes the most sense for what you’re trying to achieve and explain why. You decide the next steps from there.
