Keeping things moving is only part of the job. We explain what matters, why we’re recommending a direction and what the trade-offs are, so the lending keeps serving what you’re actually trying to achieve.
Your broker and support team are in one group chat with you from the start. You don’t have to work out who to contact, repeat yourself or chase the next update. If something needs your attention, we’ll tell you what, when and why. If it doesn’t, we keep it moving.
You stay clear on what you’re deciding without having to carry the process.

Imti’s job is to make a complex decision easier to understand, not pretend it’s simple.
He asks the questions that get to what you’re actually trying to achieve, what a decision could change and what might matter later. Then he breaks the lending, structure and trade-offs into clear, bite-sized pieces, so you understand the direction and feel confident in the decision you’re making.
Imti is also a Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA), so he looks beyond the loan itself to the broader property decision around it, including the complex lending, policy and structure that can shape which direction actually makes sense.
Once a week, Imti disappears into a float tank to reset. The other six days, there are usually three to five passion projects competing for attention.
Kelly Clarkin
Client Care Lead
Kelly is the person who makes sure the detail doesn’t become your problem.
She keeps the moving parts organised between you, the broker and the bank, with a very clear sense of what needs to happen, who needs to do it and what comes next. If there is a loose end, Kelly has usually found it before you have to.
Kelly started as a broker, but the part she loved most was looking after the client and keeping everything around the loan moving. So she chose to make that what she does every day.
That broking background means she understands the lending behind the process, not just the process itself. She knows which details matter, which ones are noise and when something needs to be pushed rather than simply followed up.
Kelly is learning Japanese, but her love of Japanese cars came first. She owns an S15 and, when she has the time, gets sideways on the drift track.
Humphrey
Groodle
(Un)qualified Support Companion
No lending qualifications to speak of. Humphrey still supervises most meetings and anything involving lunch. When he’s not on the job, he’s a big advocate for daytime naps.
